Request account deletion
This page explains how users of the HappSales mobile app and website can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
App / service: HappSales (developer: HappSales).
How to request deletion
- Sign in to your HappSales account on the website (Account / personal cabinet), or prepare the email address used for registration.
- Send an email to Support@rushvpn.site with the subject: "Account deletion request — HappSales".
- In the message, include: the email of the account to delete, and a short confirmation that you want the account permanently deleted.
- We may ask you to confirm ownership of the email (for example, by replying from the same address).
- After verification, we delete or anonymize account data within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example, tax or payment records).
- You will receive a confirmation email when the request has been processed.
What is deleted and what may be retained
Deleted or anonymized: account profile (name, email login), app session tokens, and subscription configuration links tied to the account. May be retained when required by law: payment/transaction metadata needed for accounting and fraud prevention. We do not keep VPN traffic logs (no-logs policy).
